Xerox Public Sector Solutions has been awarded a national cooperative contract to provide managed business and operational services and solutions to government agencies and educational institutions. The competitively solicited and publicly awarded agreement by Region 4 Education Service Center is made available through National IPA/TCPN.

National IPA/TCPN is a cooperative purchasing organization dedicated to public sector. The cooperative assists agencies and institutions to streamline the tedious, expensive request-for-proposal process (RFP) while satisfying requirements for transparency by offering a comprehensive portfolio of awarded contracts.

Once a public agency or educational institution registers with National IPA/TCPN – at no cost – they have access to all awarded contracts available in the portfolio, including Xerox Public Sector Solutions.

Xerox’s solutions available include transaction processing, customer service, account management, retail management, project management, and systems integration for industries including human services, transportation, public safety, justice, retirement administration, and education.

“We understand the numerous challenges that government agencies and educational institutions face, and being a part of this cooperative purchasing network will allow them to focus on their top priority: serving their citizens,” said Don Hubicki, group president, Xerox State Government Services.

Utilizing the cooperative purchasing contract available through National IPA/TCPN is beneficial for government agencies and educational institutions for a variety of reasons. It reduces administrative burden, delivers product cost savings by offering nationally-leveraged pricing, provides greater efficiency and economy in acquiring goods and services, and ensures contracts are competitive through a first-class purchasing procedure.

Xerox Public Sector Solutions helps government agencies transform their operations and business processes to better serve their constituents. Driving innovation through analytics, research and data, Xerox works with 1,700 clients at the federal, state, regional and local level in all 50 states and 34 countries around the world.
