FLORHAM PARK, N.J. – Conduent Incorporated (NYSE: CNDT), the world’s largest provider of diversified business services, has elected Florham Park, N.J. as its global headquarters, holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony today at 100 Campus Drive.

Conduent completed its separation from Xerox at the beginning of 2017 to create a $6.5 billion business with approximately 90,000 employees focused on 18 industry sectors in more than 40 countries. The company currently has more than 2500 employees in multiple locations in New Jersey and has plans for continued growth throughout the state.

“We’re proud to be a new member of the Florham Park community and have long-term plans to grow our business locally and across New Jersey,” said Ashok Vemuri, CEO, Conduent. “We’re appreciative of the welcome we have received from both the city and the state of New Jersey, and look forward to the contributions we can make to the local economy and as a citizen of New Jersey.”

Florham Park was chosen as Conduent’s headquarters given its proximity to major Conduent clients in the area and accessibility to local talent and transportation hubs.  Earlier today, an official ribbon-cutting was held where U.S. Senator Cory Booker joined Ashok Vemuri in formally opening the new facility.

“It’s always exciting to see businesses like Conduent make the strategic decision to base their companies in the Garden State,” said Senator Booker.  “I look forward to watching Conduent build on their existing footprint in our state, help strengthen our local economy and create jobs for New Jerseyans.”
