FLORHAM PARK, N.J. – Conduent announced the appointment of Tracy Amabile as vice president and general manager, Human Resource Services (HRS). Amabile brings the leadership required to continue Conduent’s HRS success, driving growth across its portfolio.
Amabile joins Conduent from IBM, where she held leadership roles in the company’s HR business services organization, and Workday consulting practice, which she focused on growing through M&A activities. Amabile's positions in sales, solutions consulting, account management and transition contributed to IBM's growth in HR services.
